VILLA LE THEMBA

Villa le Themba is a special place of care, patience, and dignity, where children with special needs are supported in a safe and loving environment. It is a home built on compassion, where every child is valued for who they are and given the care they needs to thrive at their own pace.

Villa le Themba opened its doors in 2003 with the purpose of providing specialised care for children with additional needs. Since then it has grown into a trusted home that currently accommodates 12 children who require ongoing support, structure, and understanding in their daily lives.

The home cares for three boys between the ages of 4 and 9, and nine girls between the ages of 4 and 17. This diverse group allows Villa le Themba to support both early developmental stages and teenage growth, while ensuring each child receives individual attention suited to their abilities and needs.

Care at Villa le Themba focuses on more than just daily living support, it is about creating a nurturing environment where children feel safe, respected, and encouraged. Through dedicated caregivers, structured routines, and specialised attention, the home helps each child develop confidence, comfort, and a sense of belonging. The goal is always to enhance quality of life while celebrating each child's unique journey.
